Name:

Dr. Ichikawa, Mitsuo

Contents of Research

Based on anthropological and ethnographic research material that focuses on agrarian and hunter-gatherer societies in Central African Republic, I study the diversified views of nature and utilization of the nature, as well as their co-existence and change. I also examine conservation and the sustainable utilization of nature from an anthropological viewpoint.
